How to Request a Refund
Email contact@hilltownpress.com within 30 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number (in the receipt email we sent you)
- The email address you used to place the order
That’s it. No forms, no surveys, no “why are you leaving” guilt trips.
How Long Refunds Take
We process refund requests within 2 business days of receiving your email. Once processed:
- The refund appears as a reversal on your original payment method
- Your bank or card issuer typically shows the refunded amount within 5–10 business days, depending on their policies
What We Refund
- The full purchase price you paid — no restocking fee, no processing charge on our end
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Keep the Book
